如何在CRM WebClient UI里打开外部链接

如果自己开发了新的UI component，可以新建一个workcenter，把新的ui component作为一个logic link挂到这个workcenter上面。

如果只是想打开external url，可以通过Transaction launcher。Transaction launcher配置的时候可以指定一个handler class，里面能够动态修改external url。
