Sponsorship Levels & Benefits

One of the primary membership benefits of TAPA Americas is the free access to our bi-annual “T” meetings. These events consistently attract audiences composed of security executives from global manufacturers, freight forwarders/3PL’s/Freight carriers, Insurers, Law Enforcement, and Government officials. Support for our meetings has traditionally come from TAPA members who provide meeting sites and/or financial support, however as the organization has grown the need for official hosts and sponsors has arisen. Hosting and/or sponsoring a TAPA meeting offers excellent exposure and benefits such as branding, media placement and access to industry leaders. All benefits may be customized to suit the sponsor’s needs and the specific event.

Sponsorship Levels:

• Platinum Sponsor: Exclusive sponsorship of TAPA T Meeting including tabletop display, $15,000.
• Host Sponsor: Exclusively host a TAPA T Meeting at your facility & be the exclusive sponsor of the event.
• Gold Sponsor (up to two available): $5,000 toward facility, event materials, and catering
• Silver Sponsor (up to four available): $2,500 toward facility, event materials, and catering
• Bronze Sponsor: Sponsorship of shuttle transportation to meetings, Coffee Break
• Contributor: Donation of raffle prizes, meeting materials, or general giveaways for meeting attendees
