安装 Jekyll
前言
很早以前我写过一篇安装 Jekyll 的文章，这次作为一个简单的梳理，再对安装过程作一个更新
Tip: 当前最近版本为 ruby 2.4.0 gem 2.6.12 rvm 1.29.2 jekyll 3.5.0 nodejs v6.10.3
