问php的composer安装腾讯云人脸识别库报错？

使用了 腾讯云和阿里云的 composer镜像

执行 composer install 都报下面的错：

Your requirements could not be resolved to an installable set of packages.

Problem 1

- The requested package tencentcloud/tencentcloud-sdk-php could not be found in any version, there may be a typo in the package name.
