只需卸载您的Mysql，然后安装MySql 5.7即可修复！
如果以上任何一种解决方案都不成功，则意味着您的MySql版本不符合要求。我认为这是因为Python或PyCharm，我使用了virtualenv和conda，但没有运气，所以当我将我的依赖项与我朋友的一台计算机进行比较时，它是MySql版本。降级到5.7，工作正常。
