当客户询价时,在告诉了对方价格,对方通常会说Thank you,那么到底应该如何回复才能进一步沟通,或者是不至于尴尬呢?
很多时候,当你回复you are welcome,对方就杳无音讯了,我们不如试试这样回复
No worries, let me know if you got any questions.
Could you give me company information so I can make the PI for you?
No problem,please let me know if it's ok for you ? Thanks so much!
另外,如果客户说“我会再和你联系”,那言外之意就是“我不会再和你联系了”。
就像我们日常买东西时说“我考虑一下”,然后就没有然后了
所以,遇到这种情况,可以在短时间内这样回复客户

A:Could you share with me what is preventing you from move forward with us?
B:Could you advise me if there is anything unclear or any concerns to make a decision ?
C:Which aspect do you think we can improve for you to close an order?
了解客户是因为价格,质量或者是其他原因未下单,真诚的和对方表示你想达成这次合作。
在回复时也要注意口吻回复的口吻哈,如果是打电话,语气一定要真诚,不然很容易就显得很傲慢以及过度自信。试试这样回复,或许会有意想不到的收货,大家如果有好的建议也可以说一说。
