Dr. Nishijima, a professional officer of AMR control from WHO Regional Office for the Western Pacific discussed with Professor Yonghong Xiao (Zhejiang University) about the epidemiology, socioeconomic impact of AMR globally and in Western Asia-Pacific region (WPRO), and they talked the actions and strategies, achievements and shortcomings in the control of AMR during the past years, introduced the initiative of quadripartite One Health.
