Steel

Galvanized Steel Pipe; P.E. Structural Grade ASTM A1011 Grade 50 or equivalent CAN/CSA and ISO Standards (and/or superior); Made of non-recycled materials preferred; Finish – continuous, smooth, uniform;Appearance – free from uncoated areas, blisters, flux deposits and gross dross inclusions as well as having no heavy zinc deposits that interfere with intended use.

Dimensions

Circular pipe: 2.375” OD +/- .015”

Gauge: 12, 13, 14

Option of ½” drilled hole 4” from one end of the pipe

Galvanized Coating

Coating to meet or exceed ASTM A-653; G-90 Zinc Coating; thickness (G-90) 0.9oz/ft2 and is equivalent to 0.45oz/ft2 per side – preferred; Adherence – the entire coating should have a strong adherence 

throughout the service life of galvanized steel.

Strength

A tensile strength of 55,000 psi or superior - preferred

A yield strength of 50,000 psi or superior - preferred

镀锌涂层

涂层需符合或超过 ASTM A-653 标准；G-90锌涂层；厚度（G-90）为0.9盎司/平方英尺，相当于每侧0.45盎司/平方英尺——优先选择；

附着力——整个涂层在镀锌钢的使用寿命期间应具有良好的附着力。

强度

拉伸强度为55,000 psi或更高——优先选择

屈服强度为50,000 psi或更高——优先选择
