第138届广交会将于2025年10月15日至11月4日在中国广州分三期举办线下展，期待您的到来！

The 138th Canton Fair will be held in three phases from October 15 to November 4 in Guangzhou, China. We look forward to seeing you!

一、预登记 Pre-registration

为提高服务质量，提升线下参会效率，所有线下参会的境外新老采购商均须提前完成预登记。

To improve our service quality and your onsite attendance efficiency, all overseas new and regular buyers who will attend the Fair onsite should pre-register in advance.

1.获取最新资讯

(i) First-hand knowledge of Fair highlights

预登记后可通过广交会邮件获取展会亮点、展商展品信息、活动内容等最新资讯。

After pre-registration for onsite attendance, you will get the latest information about Canton Fair highlights, exhibitors, products, events and so on through emails from the Canton Fair.

Overseas buyers who pre-registered for onsite attendance can collect a gift such as the Canton Fair commemorative pin, felt bag and so on in the Canton Fair Complex (more details about collecting the gifts will be notified further).

方式一：通过电子邮件预登记

Option 1: Pre-register via theemail from the Canton Fair

如您收到广交会官方邮箱(cantonfair@newsletter.cantonfair.org.cn或 cantonfair@newsedm.cantonfair.org.cn)发送的邮件，可在邮件正文预登记模块(如下图)点击计划参加的展期按钮，成功跳转到提示页后即完成本届预登记。

If you receive an email from the official Canton Fair email address(cantonfair@newsletter.cantonfair.org.cn or cantonfair@newsedm.cantonfair.org.cn), you can click the phase you plan to attend and jump to a page with notice of successful sign-up.

方式二：通过广交会APP预登记

Option 2: Pre-register via the Canton Fair APP

扫码下载广交会APP，进入APP，点击“个人中心”，点击左上角完成登录或注册。点击“采购商证”选择参加的展期，即完成预登记。

Scan the QR code to download the Canton Fair APP. Open the APP and  tap “My”, and then click the “Login/Register” button in the top left corner. Click on "Buyer Badge" and select the phases you plan to attend, which completes the pre-registration process.

方式三：通过广交会官网采购商服务系统预登记

Option 3: Pre-register via the Buyer Service System on the Canton Fair official website

进入广交会官网采购商服务系统（buyer.cantonfair.org.cn），注册或登录账号后，在系统首页完成参会登记即可完成本届预登记。

After registering or logging in with your account on the Buyer Service System on the Canton Fair official website (https://buyer.cantonfair.org.cn/), you can sign up for onsite attendance on the homepage to complete pre-registration.

方式一：通过广交会APP预登记

Option 1: Pre-register via the Canton Fair APP

扫码下载广交会APP，进入APP，点击“个人中心”，点击左上角完成登录或注册。点击“采购商证”选择参加的展期，即完成预登记。

Scan the QR code to download the Canton Fair APP. Open the APP and tap “My”, and then click the “Login/Register” button in the top left corner. Click on "Buyer Badge" and select the phases you plan to attend, which completes the pre-registration process.

方式二：通过广交会官网采购商服务系统预登记

Option 2: Pre-register via the email from the Canton Fair

进入广交会官网采购商服务系统（buyer.cantonfair.org.cn），注册或登录账号后，在系统首页完成参会登记，并申请境外采购商证，即可完成预登记。

After registering or logging in with your account on the Buyer Service System on the Canton Fair official website （https://buyer.cantonfair.org.cn/）, you can sign up for onsite attendance on the homepage and apply for Overseas Buyer Badge to complete pre-registration.

二、申请邀请函开放

2. Invitation Application

8月12日至11月4日，您可通过广交会官网采购商服务系统申请第138届广交会邀请函。

From August 12 to November 4, you can apply for the Canton Fair Invitation through the Buyer Service System on the Canton Fair official website.

如何申请？How to apply?

境外老采购商（曾线下参会）

Overseas regular buyers (who have attended the Fair onsite)

注册/登录申请邀请函

Registration/loginApply for the Canton Fair invitation

进入广交会官网采购商服务系统（buyer.cantonfair.org.cn），注册或登录账号后跳转系统首页；

(1) You can register or log into the Buyer Service System on the Canton Fair official website （https://buyer.cantonfair.org.cn/）, then jump to the homepage.

点击左侧菜单栏【邀请函】-【我的邀请函】进入页面；

(2) Click “Invitation Letter”“My Invitation Letters”on the left-side menu bar.

点击右上方【申请邀请函】按钮，确认或修改个人和公司信息后即可申请成功。

(3) Click “Apply for Invitation Letter” on the upper right of the page. Your Canton Fair Invitation will be successfully applied after making sure your information is correct.

注册/登录申请采购商证申请邀请函Registration/loginApply for Buyer BadgeApply for the Canton Fair Invitation

进入广交会官网采购商服务系统（buyer.cantonfair.org.cn），注册或登录账号后跳转系统首页；

(1) You can register or log into the Buyer Service System on the Canton Fair official website (https://buyer.cantonfair.org.cn/), and then jump to the homepage.

点击左侧菜单栏【广交会证件】-【境外采购商证】进入页面，按指引完善公司和个人信息后，在提交证件申请页面勾选【同时生成邀请函】，点击提交；

(2) Click “Canton Fair Badges”“Overseas Buyer Badge”on the left-side menu bar. After improving your company and personal information, you can check“Generate Invitation letter simultaneously”and click “Submit” .

注：邀请函申请次数有限，请确保提交的信息准确无误。

Note: The number of applications for the Canton Fair Invitation is limited, please ensure that all information is correct.

点击左侧菜单栏【邀请函】-【我的邀请函】进入页面，可查看生成的邀请函，点击“浏览”选择打印或下载。

(3) Click “Invitation Letter”“My Invitation Letters”on the left-side menu bar, and then you can view, print or download the Canton Fair invitation.
