2025年11月7日，“国际开放获取期刊推荐名录”（OARL）正式发布，The Innovation、The Innovation Life、The Innovation Geoscience、The Innovation Materials、The Innovation Medicine、The Innovation Energy被OARL数据库收录。

目前，The Innovation自2020年5月创刊以来，已被DOAJ, ADS, Scopus, PubMed, ESCI, INSPEC, EI, 中科院分区表(1区TOP), OARL等收录。自2023年6月和2024年2月创刊以来，五本姊妹刊已被Scopus, CAS, DOAJ, OARL, Google Scholar等数据库收录。由衷感谢作者、读者、审稿人、主编和编委们对期刊的支持。

关于OARL

“国际开放获取期刊推荐名录”（International OA Journal Recommended List，简称OARL）由清华大学图书馆、中国高校科技期刊研究会及中国图书进出口（集团）有限公司共同发起，于2024年首次发布。OARL秉承“合作、负责、动态、透明”四重原则，严格遵循国际学术出版伦理准则，科学选用国内外科研评价计量指标，采用定性与定量相结合的方式，创新推出高质量开放获取期刊评估方法，从出版规范、质量控制、开放实践三个维度设置17个二级评价指标，并建立了主动遴选、期刊申请、学者推荐的多元遴选机制。

International OA Journal Recommended List (OARL) was jointly initiated by Tsinghua University Library, the China Association of Science and Technology Journals, and China National Publications Import & Export (Group) Corporation, with its inaugural release in 2024. Guided by the principles of “collaboration, accountability, dynamism, and transparency,” OARL strictly adheres to international academic publishing ethics. It scientifically selects domestic and international research evaluation metrics, combining qualitative and quantitative approaches to innovate a high-quality open access journal assessment methodology. The list establishes 17 secondary evaluation indicators across three dimensions: publishing standards, quality control, and open access practices. It also implements a multi-tiered selection mechanism encompassing proactive screening, journal applications, and scholar recommendations.
