AI Textbook is Coming

国内首部高中人工智能教材《人工智能教材（高中版）》正式出版，标志着AI (Artificial Intelligence)正式进入国家基础教育阶段，成为同学们可以掌握的基本技能。

Most recently, China’s first AI textbook for high school students have come out. The textbook is divided into nine chapters, including the history of AI and how the technology can be used in areas such asfacial recognition, self-driving and public safety. The pages have color drawings and introduce a lot of scientific knowledge and examples.

China wants to be a world leader in AI by 2030. It is preparing its students for the future. Now the textbook has entered 40 high schools across the country.

The book is not only about the knowledge of AI, but also about practical use of AI in daily life.

The opening chapter of the textbook follows the story of a young man in 2028. Each morning, he wakes up to the soft voice of a robot, eats breakfast prepared by a cooking robot, and travels around in a self-driving car.
