How will the planning, design and construction industry be affected by developments in digital technologies and new user behavior? Construction of large volumes will increasingly be done with disruptive technologies such as IOT platforms for crowd production, industry 4.0 production lines, robotic assembly and other methods. Some of these systems are operated by AI processes, and the resulting city districts will be enhanced by the embedded sensor technologies offering the possibilities to create IOT city platforms.

数字化技术和新的用户行为发展将如何影响城市规划、设计和建筑产业?大量的工程建设将越来越多地通过颠覆性技术完成,例如用于众产的物联网平台,工业4.0生产线,机器人装配和其他方法。其中一些系统是由人工智能方法操作的,那些提供了创建物联网城市平台可能性的嵌入式传感器技术将提升由此产生的城市区域。

In housing this leads to the possibility of more intense C to B involvement through crowd sourcing and participatory IOT platforms. In housing, especially in the field of large scale affordable housing construction for growing cities, rural areas and developing countries, intelligent prefabrication production lines are essential to handle the challenges of speed, quality, cost effectiveness, circularity and energy efficiency.

在住房方面,通过众包和参与式物联网平台,这将导致更加强烈的C端到B端介入的可能性。在住房方面,特别是在增长型城市,农村和发展中国家的大规模经济适用房建设领域,智能预制生产线对于应对速度、质量、成本效益、循环和能源效率的挑战至关重要。

This requires new approaches by project developers, investors and the construction industry, as well as urban authorities. To test and demonstrate these trends the German Government is currently preparing an initiative for the implementation of so-called ‘live laboratories’ in cities. This means the creation of legal and geographic conditions for urban incubators.

这需要项目开发商,投资者和建筑业以及城市当局采取新方法。为了测试和论证这些趋势,德国政府目前正在准备实施一项新举措,即在城市落实所谓的“现场实验室”。这意味着为城市孵化器创造法律和地理条件。

These developments come out of the Smart City trend but are opening up new trends and challenges formed by the speed of technological innovation and changing societal and governmental goals as well as global challenges such as Climate Impact, social inclusion etc. The lecture will touch on these issues and show some examples of the work developed by the TU Berlin and CHORA Berlin.

这些发展源于智慧城市的趋势,但也展示出由高速技术创新,不断变化的社会和政府目标以及全球性的挑战,如气候影响、社会包容等所构成的新趋势和挑战。本场讲座将触及这些问题,并展示一些由柏林工业大学和CHORA Berlin开发的工作案例。
