Yuejiangdong Digital Economy Industrial Park is located in the Longxi Building, No. 60 Yunlongshan road, Jianye District, with 10 floors and a total area of 10,800 square meters.

江东商贸区管委会牵头搭桥，利用业主方空置的甲级写字楼龙熙大厦吸纳优质企业入驻，并由运营方“悦星球”对办公载体进行统一装修管理等一体化服务，通过市场运作，充分挖掘闲置招商资源价值品质，形成多方优势互补，实现合作共赢。此外，管委会还创新制定考核奖励细则，提供招商激励政策，通过“园中园”模式，将成长型企业和园区建设发展的难题一一化解，着力提升产业项目的集聚程度、运作效率。

与清科、投中集团合作，以头部排行榜机构优选头部基金，以头部基金优选头部企业。

It introduces professional investment agencies, such as 36Kr, to attract high-quality enterprises and projects, cooperates with Shenzhen Tianji Industrial City to establish a market-oriented mixed-ownership investment company specializing in space planning and industrial import, completes the Nanjing E-commerce Ecological Chain Virtual Industrial Park in cooperation with Xiaomiyoupin to attract Xiaomi e-commerce ecological chain enterprises, and works with Zero2IPO and ChinaVenture to choose the best funds based on the fund rankings and the best enterprises according to the funds.

上半年，全区已举办高质量招商活动26场，累计签约项目投资总额501亿元，亿元以上项目30个，获得全市招商“擂台赛”重大项目推进奖主城区组第一名。
