设计自己的四象限职业蓝图/狗熊有话说

在前段时间的一次UX设计分享会上，我结合自己的经验，分享了自己在职业转向时制订的四象限式职业规划。之后很多朋友都有问，能详细用中文讲讲这个方法么？于是就有了这期播客。

四象限职业蓝图是我自己总结出的一个框架，可以把大部分职业规划分为四个区域：知识/技能/案例/人脉。要想在某个领域取得一定的成就，需要均衡地发展这四个象限。如果在职业规划的阶段均衡地考虑这四个象限，那么你就不会太慌，因为你有一份自己的蓝图。

Last year when I left my previous job, I had a big challenge: how I pivoted my career from a multimedia designer to a UX designer in a new country without local experience? I did some research and mapped out my strategy, and it worked. I got two permanent UX job offers and landed my job at a multinational company. The research and the plan I did, is a strategy I called the UX roadmap.

This 4-step strategy is not only working for applying for a UX role but also works for applying for any tech-related jobs. I do not guarantee you can definitely land a job if you follow these 4 steps, but if you do, you will know where you are on your journey, and it will help you to keep calm when you are not there yet. These steps are knowledge, skill, portfolio, and community.
