Fortune Password

Be it in Chinese or English, the word "fortune password"-the way to make a fortune, is not a literally difficult word to understand. It was first known as a financial channel with the same name. Nowadays, the word is often ironic, especially when it appears as bullet-screen comments in a short video.

The reason is that in order to win views and subscriptions, many content generators repeatedly use certain topics for selfish profit to produce content that is not in line with their true feelings. For examples, some so-called "depression patients" repeatedly use "depression" to gain sympathy; some foreigners take full advantage of their expatriate looks to praise China against their will.

Behaviors and the alike aroused the anger and discontent of many people, not only because of their dishonesty, but also because they can easily cause misunderstanding about the real "depressed patients" or prejudice and distrust for all foreigners, which also contributes to a phenomenon where people often use "fortune password" or "stream password" to express their emotion when they see similar videos.

Actually, compared with using up people's sympathy and hypocritical flatter,  excellent content and true emotion is more of a consistent "fortune password" approaching followers and friendliness.

财富密码

不论是中文还是英文，“财富密码”都不是一个从字面意思上难以理解的词语，即“获得财富的密码”，它最初是作为一个财经频道的同名栏目广为人知。现在，这个词常常带有讽刺色彩，尤其是当它出现在视频弹幕中时。

原因是许多内容生产者出于利益目的反复利用某些话题生产不符合自身真实情感的内容以获得流量或关注，比如一些所谓“抑郁症患者”反复利用“抑郁症”博取同情，或者部分外国人通过违心赞美中国来获取关注等等。

这些行为引起了许多人的不满，不仅因为他们十分不诚实，也是因为这种行为容易造成人们对真正的“抑郁症患者”的误解或对所有外国人的偏见和不信任，以至于人们在看到类似的视频时常常用“财富密码”或“流量密码”的评论表达自己的情绪。

事实上，比起消费人们的同情与虚假的迎合，优质的内容和真情实感才是获得持久关注和友好的财富密码。
