Registering H.323 meeting room devices with Tencent Meeting's H.323 registration service brings the following benefits:
Call Method:
Devices in the registered state can directly call the Tencent Meeting ID to join, simplifying dialing rules without needing the access address of the meeting room connector (see quick start for the access address method).
Invite registered devices to join the meeting: Devices in the registered state can be directly invited to join the meeting through the registration account in the Tencent Meeting App (Note: Only registered devices within the same enterprise can be invited).
Obtain Enterprise Identity: Registered devices will be authenticated to the enterprise account, joining internal enterprise meetings as internal members or calling to join meetings created by personal accounts.
Only enterprises that have purchased the meeting room connector can enable the H.323 registration service.
