Filing a Report Process
1. After suffering an attack, file a report with the local cyber supervision department as soon as possible and provide relevant information according to the requirements of the cyber supervision department.
2. The cyber supervision department will judge whether it meets the filing standards and enter the cyber supervision processing procedure.
3. After the formal case filing, Tencent Cloud will cooperate with the contact person of the cyber supervision department to provide attack evidence collection.

What Relevant Evidence Can Tencent Cloud Provide?
After your report is filed with the network supervision department, Tencent Cloud will cooperate with the department to provide the following assistance:
Tencent Cloud will cooperate with the network supervision department and provide the network supervision contact person with your business traffic logs and attack information on the Tencent Cloud platform.
Note:
Since the relevant data will be used as legal evidence, it cannot be provided directly to you. You can view the information related to attack traffic in the Tencent Cloud console by yourself.
Tencent Cloud cannot analyze the traffic logs and attack information, etc., and directly conclude who the attacker is.
Note:
Since Tencent Cloud is not a judge and cannot determine who is guilty; nor is it a police officer with law enforcement powers who can conduct filing investigations; Tencent Cloud can only act as a provider of evidence and a witness.
Tencent Cloud will respond in a timely manner to the network supervision department's request for assistance in the investigation and cooperate in the work.
It is recommended that you refer to the local network supervision department's filing investigation standards when suffering from security attacks and actively request the public security network police to file an investigation.
