Operation Background
If the monthly subscription environment package expires without renewal, the environment will enter the isolation period, the console will be inaccessible, and the online business will be suspended. If you no longer need this environment and accept that resources and data will be cleared and cannot be retrieved or restored, you can perform the Release Environment operation.
Note
If environment isolation exceeds 7 days, the system will automatically release the environment at 0:00 on the eighth day, clearing all resources and data. The Release Environment or Restore Environment operations can no longer be performed.
Directions
1. Log in to the Cloud Development Console.
2. Find the environment with the status "isolated" that needs to be released, and click Release in the upper right corner of the environment card.
3. Follow the page prompts for resource cleanup and information confirmation.
4. Execute the release.
Notes
The Release Environment operation does not count towards the environment destruction quota.
