date.getMonth
该getMonth()方法根据当地时间返回指定日期中的月份，作为基于零的值（其中零表示一年中的第一个月份）。
语法
dateObj.getMonth()返回值
一个介于0到11之间的整数，表示根据当地时间给定日期中的月份。0对应于1月，1对应2月，依此类推。
例子
Using getMonth()
下面的第二个语句根据Date对象Xmas95的值，将值11分配给变量month。
var Xmas95 = new Date('December 25, 1995 23:15:30');
var month = Xmas95.getMonth();
