Imagick::spreadImage — Randomly displaces each pixel in a block
Description
bool Imagick::spreadImage ( float $radius )Special effects method that randomly displaces each pixel in a block defined by the radius parameter.
Parameters

Returns TRUE on success.

Throws ImagickException on error.
