Feature Overview
Tencent Meeting Rooms and Controller support broadcasting ultrasonic screen projection signals. With ultrasonic transmission of the sharing code, you can conveniently connect to Rooms for screen sharing without manually inputting the code.
Preconditions
Use the Tencent Meeting app on your computer to Share Screen.
Ensure your Tencent Meeting App has Nearby Discovery enabled, which can be found in Settings > General Settings.
Note:
If your app version is 3.25 or below, the settings interface is as shown in the figure. Make sure Ultrasonic Screen Projection is enabled
Additionally, ensure that the Tencent Meeting Rooms device you want to connect to has Ultrasonic Screen Projection enabled. You can click Settings > General Settings to check.
You can also enable Ultrasonic Screen Projection on the Controller. Click Settings > General Settings to check.
Steps to Use
When you click Share Screen on the Tencent Meeting client and enter the sharing code input page, nearby Rooms devices available for screen projection will be directly displayed. If it's not the current meeting room device or you do not want to use this feature, you can directly enter the sharing code.
