Description of the Feature
You can share a selected fixed area of the screen, such as part of the application window or specific slide content area.
Conditions of Use
Login Users: Free, Member, Business, and Enterprise Edition users.
Version Requirement: Client v2.20 or later.
System Requirement: Windows/MacOS.
Hardware Requirements
Windows 7 or later.
MacOS 10.11 or later.
Selecting Screen Sharing Area
1. During the meeting, click the bottom toolbar Screen Sharing > Advanced > Partial Screen Area > Confirm Sharing to start selecting the sharing area.
2. After selecting the sharing area, click Start Sharing to share the selected area, or click Cancel to exit sharing.
Notes
During the screen area selection process, based on the position of the mouse pointer, Tencent Meeting will automatically perform window detection for candidate areas. You can also drag and drop to select the screen area.
To avoid affecting the watch experience of other attendees, the size of the selected screen sharing area must be above 80 x 80 pixels.
If you use multiple monitors, selecting a partial screen area does not support cross-screen selection.
During sharing, all displayed content in the selected area will be shared. Avoid sharing areas that contain private information such as input, notification messages, and personal accounts.
