My Enterprise WeChat address book has some employees or departments. How can I enable them to use the Tencent E-Sign Service application?
You need to add the specified employees or departments to the application's visible scope and then perform WeChat Work Synchronization Operation on the Tencent E-Sign Service desktop. Detailed steps are as follows:
1. To set the visible scope, please refer to How to Add Employees to the Application's Visible Scope.
2. Enterprise WeChat Address Book Synchronization.
If it is confirmed that the enterprise employees or departments are already within the application's visible scope, you can add them to the Tencent E-Sign Service Organizational Structure using WeChat Work Synchronization. The Tencent E-Sign Service super administrator should log in to Tencent E-Sign Service Webpage and go to Organization Management > Organizational Structure. On the Organizational Structure page, click WeChat Work Synchronization to obtain the latest employee list already in the application's visible scope.
Why does an employee not have the Tencent E-Sign Service application on the Enterprise WeChat workstation?
