DLC provides three methods for querying historical task records to facilitate user access.
Viewing Run History Tasks in the Query Editor
1. Log in to the DLC console and select the service region.
2. Go to the Data Exploration page. Within a single Session, click Execution History to view the task execution history for that Session.
3. Click the Batch ID in the history record to view the corresponding execution result on the left .
The execution history for each Session is isolated and is retained for a maximum of 45 days.
Historical task result data is retained for 24 hours. To view task results older than 24 hours, you must rerun the task.
Viewing Data Import History in the Data Management Feature
1. Log in to DLC Console > Data Management and select the service region.
Note:
To log in to an account, you need database-related permissions.
2. Click Task History in the upper-right corner to query data import historical tasks.
3. You can view historical tasks from the past 45 days.
Viewing Historical Tasks in the Run History Feature
Note:
The history record was upgraded to the new edition of historical task instances on March 20, 2025. Users can switch back to the old version within 90 days. For details about the new edition, see Historical Task Instances.
1. Log in to DLC Console > Ops Management > Historical Task Instances and select the service region. Click the button in the upper-right corner to return to the old version.
2. Go to the Historical Execution page. Administrators can view all historical execution tasks from the past 45 days, while common users can query tasks related to themselves from the past 45 days.
3. You can filter and view tasks by task type, execution status, creator, data type, and other criteria.
4. Click View Details to view task execution details and results.
Historical task result data is retained for 24 hours. To view task results older than 24 hours, you must rerun the task. You can directly copy the statement to Data Exploration to run the task.
You can directly click Task ID to quickly switch to and view task execution details.
You can cancel a running task by clicking Cancel.
