If your web service has enabled Tencent CloudApp CLB (Cloud Load Balancer), you can integrate Precise Domain Protection and enable Default Policy Protection for Objects in the WAF instance. This document will guide you on how to add Precise Domain Protection and bind the CLB in the WAF console.
Directions
1. Log in to WAF Console, and on the left sidebar, select Asset Center > Access Management > Domain Name Access .
2. On the Domain Name Access page, click Add Domain , configure the relevant parameters, and click Confirm to proceed.
Field Description:
Instance: Select the CLB type and the corresponding WAF instance name.
Domain name: Enter the domain name to be protected in the domain name input box
clb.technicalsupport.cn.Proxy: Select whether or not you have used proxy services such as Anti-DDoS, CDN, or Cloud Acceleration based on actual conditions.
Note:
Selecting "Yes", WAF will obtain the customer's real IP address through the XFF field as the source address, which may pose a risk of the source IP being spoofed.
Chinese Mainland regions: Select as needed.
Select the CLB listener corresponding to the domain name: Select and configure the listener information for the access domain as needed.
Note:
1. WAF supports traffic access protection for public and private network application CLB instances, which can be viewed and filtered through the network type field.
2. Only Enterprise Edition and above support traffic access protection for private network application CLB instances. Versions below Enterprise Edition need to upgrade to Enterprise Edition to be supported.
3. click OK to return to domain access. In domain access, you can view the protected domain name
clb.technicalsupport.cn and the CLB ID, name, VIP, and listener information of the CLB.
