Overview
If the certificate has expired, users will see the certificate as untrusted when browsing the site; if the domain is using API calls, errors will occur during the calls. To prevent business disruption due to an expired certificate, please update the certificate in the Tencent Cloud console in a timely manner.
Directions
Example 1: Replacing existing certificates
1. Log in to the WAF Control Panel, select Asset Center from the left navigation menu, then Access Management.
2. On the domain access page, select the required domain, click Edit to enter the edit domain page.
3. On the edit domain page, click Reassociate under server configuration to open the certificate configuration window.
4. In the Certificate Configuration window, select Self-owned certificate as the certificate source, enter the relevant certificate and TLS private key, click Confirm to replace the self-owned certificate.
Example 2: Tencent Cloud-managed certificate
1. On the domain access page, select the required domain name, click Editing to enter the Edit Domain page.
2. On the edit domain page, click Reassociate under server configuration to open the certificate configuration window.
3. In the Certificate Configuration window, select Tencent Cloud Managed Certificate as the certificate source, choose a new certificate, click OK, and you can replace the SSL Certificates.
Note:
This method is only applicable if the certificate has already been uploaded to SSL Certificates management.
Example 3: One-click certificate replacement
1. Log in to SSL Certificates Console, in the left navigation, click My Certificates to access the My Certificates page.
2. On the My Certificates page, select the required ID, click Deploy, and a deployment type selection popup will appear.
3. In the deployment type selection popup, choose WAF as the deployment type and select the required WAF resources, then click OK to replace the certificate with one click.
Verify if it is effective
Access the relevant domain through the browser to check the certificate's effective time and expiration time. If the certificate replacement is still ineffective, please contact us for help.
