我正在尝试通过运行python版本3.6.1的pip install spacy来安装spacy，但是我不断地收到如下错误，如何摆脱这个问题？之前我遇到了cl.exe not found错误，之后我在cl.exe所在的环境变量中添加了visual studio路径。

- 从http://www.lfd.uci.edu/~gohlke/pythonlibs/#spacy获取所需的各种轮子文件，并使用
pip install x.whl y.whl etc. - Upgrade安装您的cpp构建工具版本到2017，然后再次尝试
