问如何设置 expire_logs_days？

我使用root帐号在后台使用如下命令：

set GLOBAL expire_logs_days = 10;

却被告知：

Access denied; you need (at least one of) the SUPER privilege(s) for this operation

请问，有没有其它可以设置日志过期天数？
