我尝试将psycopg2安装到我的环境中，但得到以下错误：

编译用C或C++编写的python-dev扩展时，需要Python包。如果你正在运行一个基于Debian的发行版(例如Ubuntu)，你可以通过运行以下命令来安装python-dev

这取决于您的python版本(例如，sudo apt install python3.8-dev)。

之后，照常在您的virtualenv环境中安装psycopg2。

对于Ubuntu 14.04来说，来自Docker镜像python:3.4.3-slim的这个组合对我来说很有效：

sudo apt-get install -y build-essential
sudo apt-get install -y python3.4-dev
sudo apt-get install -y libpq-dev

pip3 install psycopg2

注意build-essential包。这在我的情况下是至关重要的。
