FileUtils.readFileToString不能与StandardCharsets.UTF_8一起工作。
相反，尝试
FileUtils.readFileToString(customersFile, "UTF-8");
或
FileUtils.readFileToString(customersFile, StandardCharsets.UTF_8.name());
