问基于Sunburst - missing public.css的plone.app.theming自定义Plone主题

我想按照Martin Aspeli在他的书"Professional Plone 4 Developement“中的说明，建立一个带有Diazo/plone.app.heming的自定义Plone主题。就像在书中一样，我选择了一种方式来拉入所有的Plone css (默认的Sunburst主题)。我的问题是:除了public.css之外，所有这些css都包括在内。这意味着一个破碎的编辑栏和其他一些视觉问题。技巧是将public.css复制到我的资源目录中，并将其包含到我自己的cssregistry.xml中。但我想做得干净利落。为什么不包含这个文件(但包含其他文件)？我多次重新安装我的主题，以确保我的所有更改都适用。
