chds = 0,1800

chds = 0,2000
https://image-charts.com/chart?chd=a%3A2060%2C971%2C849&chds=0,2000&chs=700x100&cht=bvg
所以chds = 0,1800的门槛比chds = 0,2000低，而我的预期正好相反。使用chds = 0,1800，我预计条形图将占据整个图像，因为2060年将超过1800个。

根据我们的文档，您想使用的chds可以与chd=t:一起使用(就像在Google Image Charts中一样)。对于chd=a:，chds不是必需的。
使用chd=t: chds可按预期工作：
