在安装页面中，如果有错误，应该运行Ubuntu命令：

在这两条错误消息的底部，它会告诉您问题的所在(cargo在这方面真的很棒，所以当它告诉您一些事情时，要学会信任它！)

问题是您没有安装OpenSSL开发包。我没有WSL测试，但运行apt-get update && apt-get install openssl libssl-dev，应该可以让您启动和运行。

如果不是这样，那么错误消息中的第二个建议(设置环境变量)应该可以解决这个问题，但是您也应该在消息中提供的链接上打开一个问题。
