下面是我安装kivy的经验：
- 确保您不使用python版本3.9
- pip安装kivy -不工作
使用Virtualenv和python 3.7创建新项目(当然，除了3.9版本外，其他版本也可以工作)
然后，如果还不存在，只需在项目的根内创建requirements.txt文件，并包含kivy。
Pycharm自动询问是否要安装需求。
最后，验证
import kivy
print(kivy.__version__)产出：
C:\Users\lww\PycharmProjects\kivyproject\venv\Scripts\python.exe C:/Users/lww/PycharmProjects/kivyproject/ver.py
