由于您没有向它传递任何参数，所以createsuperuser.py使用Python模块获得默认用户名。(createsuperuser.py第59行)：

default_username = ''在我看来，getpass.getuser()并没有返回一个可以被Python的UTF-8解码器解码的字符串。我的猜测是，Windows安装上的默认用户名是用一些旧的、非unicode 8位编码编码的。也许您的默认Windows用户名中有一些重音字符，例如？
