你的应用程序正在生产模式中运行。我可以告诉您这一点，因为Forcing Waterline to use `migrate: "safe" strategy (since this is production)和concat/uglify任务正在运行。
这个进程(concat/uglify)有可能破坏分配的内存。在使用大量js/css处理的小heroku实例上部署时，我已经看到了这种情况。您可能希望尝试https://github.com/mbuchetics/heroku-buildpack-nodejs-grunt在部署时运行而不是在启动时运行。
