您的应用程序中没有db/schema.rb文件吗？该文件应该在ApplicationName/db/schema.rb中，如果这是您第一次上传到heroku，那么可能尝试先运行rake :seed来创建模式文件，然后再进行迁移。

问题是窗户..。
窗口将/db文件夹重命名为/DB，如果发生这种情况，heroku就会中断。
