我按照相同的教程安装opencv，我也遇到了同样的问题。这对我来说很管用：
sudo apt-get autoremove libtiff5-dev
sudo apt-get install libtiff5-dev输入opencv目录。
cd build/ (我猜已经创建了，否则就创建它)
cmake -D CMAKE_BUILD_TYPE=RELEASE -D CMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX=/usr/local -D WITH_TBB=ON -D WITH_V4L=ON -D WITH_QT=ON -D WITH_OPENGL=ON ..
make然后继续本教程。

根据这的说法，OpenCV需要Ubuntu放弃的libtiff4，即取代它的包是libtiff5-dev。
作为一种临时解决方法，您可以在配置时在cmake上指定-DBUILD_TIFF=ON，以便构建与OpenCV一起分发的libtiff4版本。
在Ubuntu16.04中，这对我起了作用，使用了OpenCV 3.2.1。
