我试图提高解码h264视频到mp4视频的速度,使用c++中的Ffmpeg。我已经找到了一个cli命令,可以做到这一点,但是我仍然不完全理解在c++中复制它的命令,所以我希望你们能给我一个解释。

好的,解码是一个更快的过程,所以通常是速率限制的进一步处理,主要是编码器,但也受到过滤器。通过运行s/w h264解码器的全速
