我正在运行Kubuntu 18.04.4 LTS。当我使用Libreoffice (目前为6.0.7.3)的Writer时,它经常会使我的整个系统崩溃。显示冻结了大约一分钟,然后,我回到登录屏幕开始一个新的会话。我不能复制它,但我可以说,它总是发生在我打字的时候,没有什么特别的。

我建议(不知道问题的原因)使用以下三个步骤升级到最新版本,以便为您纠正这个问题:

  1. 添加LibreOffice PPA和sudo add-apt-repository ppa:libreoffice/ppa
  2. sudo apt update更新您的系统
  3. 用LibreOffice升级或安装一个较新的sudo apt install libreoffice

那你就可以走了。

内存

你的记忆力很奇怪。在查看sudo lshw -C memory时,我发现您有一个16G的DIMM和一个4G (在主板上)。具有不匹配的RAM大小意味着系统不能使用内存交织来最大限度地提高内存速度。假设您自己添加了一个16G DIMM,我们应该运行一个内存测试。

注意:计算机的最大支持内存为20G。

转到https://www.memtest86.com/并下载/运行他们的免费memtest来测试您的内存。在所有4/4测试中至少通过一次,以确认良好的记忆力。这可能需要很多小时才能完成。

BIOS

您应该卸载libreoffice-kde,这是libreoffice的KDE集成包。这将导致您的libreoffice变得更丑,更稳定。
