我最近买了一部英特尔NUC11 i7。当使用3840x2160 @60 at的监视器时,我一直无法获得稳定的图片。当屏幕上有任何运动时,屏幕每隔几秒钟就会打开或关闭一次。

如果我把分辨率降到2560x1440,或者把刷新频率降到30 or,我就会得到一张稳定的图片。

相同的硬件工作在完全分辨率/刷新率与Win 10完美。

我一直与英特尔的客户支持(谁正式支持20.04LTS- https://ark.intel.com/content/www/us/en/ark/products/212516/intel-nuc-11-pro-kit-nuc11tnhi70q.html)的房子。他们已经没有想法了,现在只是在说“如果它能与windows一起工作,机器就可以了,所以是Ubuntu的错”。

我可以证实以下几点:

我的系统也是NUC11 i7。我最初的安装是Fedora,在4k/60 at工作时,我在HDMI连接中遇到了随机断开的问题。

我认为这个问题与内存安装有关。

通过以下尝试,这个问题仍然存在:

  • 用Ubuntu取代Fedora
  • 将BIOS升级到最新版本(编写此版本时为041)
  • 使用USB-C进行HDMI或DP,无论是前后USB-C。
  • 尝试不同的BIOS视频存储器配置

但是,有趣的是,在我添加了一个额外的RAM带之后,这个问题就自动解决了。我最初的设置就像你的一样,只安装了一个16G的DIMM。
