我在debian也面临着同样的问题。它是tz-data，我通过向apt添加点发布存储库来修复它，然后执行了apt-get update和apt-get upgrade。我不知道Ubuntu到底是怎么做到的(没有遇到问题)，但是以下是Debian页面的链接
