请检查/var/log/messages文件中的错误，在那里可以找到与服务器相关的错误。
它是否每天都在特定的时间发生，那么你可能会喜欢寻找在那个时候运行并引起问题的cron进程。
您需要检查当时的服务器负载，如果当时服务器负载在增加，则需要检查导致服务器负载的进程。

尝试在<VirtualHost>块中设置这些指令：
FcgidMaxRequestsPerProcess 1000
FcgidIOTimeout 3600
FcgidConnectTimeout 3600
FcgidIdleTimeout 3600
FcgidProcessLifeTime 3600
FcgidBusyTimeout 3600注意RAM的使用情况。如果这样做有效，您可能希望减少它们并重新测试。
