.NET 4.6和4.6.1安装程序都试图使用在Server和崩溃中不可用的GUI功能。即使在被动模式下也会发生这种情况。幸运的是，完全安静的安装工作：
NDP46-KB3045557-x86-x64-AllOS-ENU.exe /q或
NDP461-KB3102436-x86-x64-AllOS-ENU.exe /q(如果不希望服务器自动重新启动，请添加/norestart )

看起来安装失败了，因为原来的安装有问题。这很奇怪。
我会再次尝试重新安装.NET 4.6 (或者运行修复程序)，然后尝试卸载它。
