背景:我有一个RAID5安装程序，它有4个磁盘，这些磁盘多年来一直工作得很完美。在一个驱动器失败后，我安装了新的驱动器，在那里进行重建，但是它会将新驱动器标记为智能状态失败。

假设所有5个新的HDs都是正确的类型，它们都不太可能是错误的。我们也遇到了一个类似的问题:新磁盘的HP ProLiant NAS经常出现故障，我们通过更换磁盘控制器来解决这个问题。
