1.一个可能的问题是，该网站正在使用过时的RC4-SHA密码。我试图使用curl显式地启用它，但是curl拒绝它：

问题的根本原因是网站使用的SSL protocol+ciphers过时了。为了使卷曲工作，我将其降级为使用OpenSSL 1.0.2的版本，该版本仍然支持RC4密码。在那之后，一切都完美无缺。

问题在于网站的哈希算法和密码。至少RC4很久以前就被宣布为不安全了，所以许多程序拒绝使用它。另外，一些SHA算法也是不安全的。实际的密码代码可能已经从软件中完全删除了。

您的Windows版本缺少用于验证远程服务器的OpenSSL证书的受信任根证书。

这是Windows CURL中的一行，它在其中加载验证证书：
