如果您的Node版本非常新，请尝试降级。稳定版本14.16.1起作用了。

我也遇到了这个问题。检查我的设置后，我发现没有任何问题，于是删除了缓存和包锁，但仍然没有成功。
这是一个较旧的网站，我尝试使用update/etc，但无济于事。
因此，我取出了package.json文件中的整个依赖项部分，并开始按照自己的方式一次安装一个。
它起作用了！
