你正在使用非常老的Cordova语法(从2.9.0开始)，就像here所说的那样。

首先，删除config.xml中的最新行：

然后，确保您拥有使用cordova -v更新的Cordova。如果需要更新，请将全局Cordova更新到最新的npm update -g cordova，然后更新平台和插件。
