我发现了问题:原来netty依赖项丢失了，因为我导入了具有WebClient但没有其余部分的maven工件……
替换：

</dependency>通过以下方式：

<groupId>org.springframework.boot</groupId>
<artifactId>spring-boot-starter-webflux</artifactId>
