我正在写一个ASP.NET核心网络应用程序接口。我的环境是IISCore5.0，在开发中使用Windows10和Visual Studio19，在生产中使用Windows Server2016和ASP.NET。我正在使用C#进行开发，并通过Swashbuckle实现Swagger。这是我的第一个ASP.NET核心应用，所以我还是个新手。
事情是这样的-当我从Visual Studio19运行项目时，Swagger页面正如我所期望的那样出现。我将项目发布到一个文件夹，并将该文件夹复制到目的地，该目的地是在IIS的本地端口35701上配置的。当我导航到http://localhost:35701/swagger/index.html时，我得到了一个标题为"Swagger UI“的页面，否则该页面是空白的。如果我在IIS机外运行.NET核心应用程序并导航到http://localhost:5000/swagger/index.html，我会得到同样的结果。如果我在Debug或Release模式下发布，也会得到相同的行为。

以前当Swagger的XML文件没有发布到服务器时，我就遇到过这个问题。这条线上的那个。
c.IncludeXmlComments(filePath);在Visual Studio中，当您在XML文件上右击"Copy to Output Directory“时有一个选项--确保设置为"Copy Always”。
